Q. What time should I arrive? What should I wear?
We recommend arriving at 3pm which is an hour before the race start (4pm), to allow time for parking, data collection, and warm-up. In addition to biodata collection, there will be a 15-20 minute warm up opposite TGI Fridays close to race start.
Wear comfortable running or walking shoes and weather-appropriate athletic attire. Don’t forget your race bib, which must be visible on the front of your shirt.

Q. Can I walk the 5K instead of running?
Absolutely! The Sugar Rush 5K welcomes walkers, runners, and everyone in between. The goal is to participate and have fun, regardless of your pace or fitness level
Q. Will there be Water Refreshment Stations at every kilometer mark?Q. What are Sugar Rush Rewards?
Sugar Rush Moments around the Course: 1.5K reward moment, 3K and Finish Link Sugar Rush reward moment includes water or Healthy, non-sugar refreshments may include fun memorable photo breaks
Q. How do I register for the race?
You can register for the race online via our website link here. Visit the event registration page, fill out the necessary information, and complete the payment process.
Q. When Can I Pick Up my Race Packet? What is included in the race packet?
Packet pickup will occur from the 22nd to 25th of October 2024, with bib collection on the day only by request. The race packet includes a race bib number with timing chip, T-shirt, and other goodies. You will also receive important race day information and sponsor giveaways.
Q. Will photographers & videographer be there to capture this awesome race?
Yes, Photographers and Videographers will be there on the day of the event and at various points during the race. Your registration will ensure access to event photos available to site members.
Q. Will there be EMS/ Health emergency staff on site in case of any emergencies?
Yes, EMS and Trained medical professionals will be on site on the day of the event in case of emergency.

KIDS : 5-12yrs $100TTD
TEENS: 13-17yrs $125TTD
ADULTS: 18yrs + Early bird until Sep 3rd -$130 TTD | Regular-$150 TTD | Late Reg starts Oct 15th - $160 TTD
GROUP ADULTS ONLY
3 persons @ $400 TTD Child & 2 persons = running buddy $200 TTD

About The Sweetest 5K
The Sugar Rush 5K is a fun and exciting running event designed for participants of all ages and fitness levels. The event promotes health, community spirit, and enjoyment while bringing awareness to childhood obesity and providing tools to curb it.
The 2024 event will be held on Saturday, October 26th at Queens Park Savannah with a race start at Dere St. Please be there by 2:30PM to confirm race registration and warm-up session.
